How we build – and why it works

We pick a tool worth fixing

We look for widely-adopted, mission-critical software whose visual layer is holding back the people using it. High pain, high usage, low design love.

We rebuild the face

Our team designs and engineers a complete interface overhaul – from tokens and components to full page layouts. Every interaction considered. Every screen reimagined.

We ship it open source

We release publicly, gather real-world feedback, and iterate. The core is open source – the community can extend and self-host. Premium plans support the team and fund what comes next.
